Mark M Brown is the author of Outward Bound: Lessons to Live a Life of Leadership: To Serve, to Strive, and Not To Yield. How did it all start? At the age of 25, Mark decided to attend a 23-day trip to an Outward Bound course in Utah. After this, he was asked to become an instructor which began a 22-year working relationship with the organization. He accrued over 1,000 days in the wilderness as an instructor. He currently lives in Waimea, Hawaii and works as a master organizational guide, executive coach and consultant, leading people and organizations through Expeditionary Leadership principles to transform culture.
