Ed Schein is Professor Emeritus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. He is one of the original scholar-practitioners in the fields of organizational psychology and organizational development. His books, including Process Consultation, Organizational Culture and Leadership, Helping, Humble Consulting and Humble Leadership. His latest work, Humble Inquiry, co-authored with his son Peter, is and international best seller. Ed was educated at University of Chicago, Stanford University, and received his PhD at Harvard University.
Peter Schein is the co-founder and COO of the Organizational Culture and Leadership Institute. He is co-author of The Corporate Culture Survival Guide, Humble Leadership, Organizational Culture and Leadership, and the brand-new Humble Inquiry (2021). Peter was educated at Stanford University and Northwestern University (Kellogg MBA).
