Jamie Millar is the founder of SkyBridge Associates and the former director of MBA Admissions at Harvard Business School. He spent his career creating networks, or peer groups for C-Suite executives, and board directors, essentially hand selecting discussion groups for those who don’t have many peers internally and may not realize how to benefit from them. He is the author of the brand-new book BUILDING BRIDGES: The Case for Executive Peer Networks which details why these relationships are important and how to create them.
