Burn out happens (put that on a bumper sticker). If we take the following five steps we can avoid burn and shorten the length of time it affects us in case it does happen.

Since we all go through periods of fatigue and burnout here are 5 steps to reducing burnout’s impact:
- Proper diet.
- Take a little break.
- Set work limits.
- Get 7-8 hours of sleep.
- Set accomplishable “mini” goals.
