  •  Vigorous Exercise.
  •  Jam the tunes.

  • Watch something “incredible” or “hilarious” or “incredibly hilarious”.
  • Popcorn and a movie.
  • Anything with my wife and kids- Cheesy, I know.

So there you have it- nine things that I look forward to as stress reduction in my life. If you are like me you could find something every minute of every day to stress about. Hopefully you can find your stress reduction techniques. Do you have one?
