- What are you interested in – experiment
- Assess your experience and background
- Where do you want to be in 10 years? Building blocks and stepping stones
- Enlist the support of loved ones part A – Ask those you know and love what they see as your strengths, what activities really inspire you
- Enlist the support of loved ones part B – family connections
- Always be looking – be aware
- Assess the landscape – Do you see the trends?
- Don’t worry- stress out or think this decision is the “end all”
