    • Clear
      1. Who
      2. What
      3. When
      4. You may not know the how
    • The Why- what’s important to you
    • Must be Inspiring
    • Bold and audacious (hard-difficult)
    • Action plan – I use a checklist
    • Articulate- write them out (clear and concise)
    • Measurable- with accountability
