Stress….yuck right? We all get it and we all have to deal with it. So what do we do? Today I dive into the stresses in my life and eight things I use to overcome stress. My personal stress management system.

What can we do to minimize or overcome stress when situations beyond our control occur? Today, 8 things I use to minimize my stress level

  1.  Deep breath and stretching. (see previous post on Breathe in, Breathe Out, Move on)
  2.  Walk around the block.
  3.  Vigorous Exercise.
  4.  Jam the tunes.
  5. Get a bite to eat.
  6. Watch something “incredible” or “hilarious” or “incredibly hilarious”.
  7. Popcorn and a movie.
  8. Anything with my wife and kids- Cheesy, I know.
