What can we do to minimize or overcome stress when situations beyond our control occur? Today, 8 things I use to minimize my stress level
- Deep breath and stretching. (see previous post on Breathe in, Breathe Out, Move on)
- Walk around the block.
- Vigorous Exercise.
- Jam the tunes.
- Get a bite to eat.
- Watch something “incredible” or “hilarious” or “incredibly hilarious”.
- Popcorn and a movie.
- Anything with my wife and kids- Cheesy, I know.
