    Make change easier:

    1. Prepare for change
    2. Think of change like a software upgrade
    3. Embrace change- accept it as a new reality and don’t fight against it.
      1. Be positive and leave complaining behind
    4. Look for support
    5. Only change what needs to change
    6. Permission: to be nervous and anxious
    7. Journal
    8. Exercise or get out
    9. Be patient
