  6. Plan ahead on how you will react to opportunities outside your important zone
  7. Say no-
  8. Routine- build what is important into a routine.
  9. Positive mental attitude
  10. Focus on what you can do- not what you can’t
  11. You made the list of important- if it’s not on the list it’s not important to you
